Australian Government Transactions Specialist

We are seeking high-performing lawyers to work on complex commercial matters. This is a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level and be part of a growing practice.
- Advise on significant Australian Government projects;
- Support the achievement of Australian Government requirements and objectives;
- Work across Commonwealth procurement, commercial contracting, intellectual property, and technology matters;
- Be part of a collaborative and supportive team; and
- Provide corporate advisory services, including corporate law, governance, structuring, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Ideally you will have:
- 1-5 years PAE in a commercial legal role;
- A strong interest in working on Australian Government transactions;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with clients and other parties;
- Excellent contract drafting and advice writing skills;
Candidates should have the ability and willingness to apply for an AGSVA Baseline clearance.
