Job Overview

An operational analyst role within a financial services firm is available. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of coupons and trades for clients and global custody.

The successful applicant will work with the wider custody team to ensure seamless client experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing cash movements within bank accounts
  • Reconciliations of cash, trades, FX, client receivables, and payables
  • Managing journal entries into company systems
  • End-of-day reporting to management
  • Ensuring activities are signed off by managers
  • Providing exceptional service to internal clients and custodians

This role requires initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience working in GS007 certified operations teams is advantageous.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in financial services (essential)
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrable initiative and problem-solving skills
  • A strong ability to engage with internal stakeholders
