Job Title: Creative Studio Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Creative Studio Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Seed Heritage. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end production of our monthly eCommerce fashion and product shoots.

The Role:

  • We require an individual with excellent sample management skills, ensuring that products are reconciled and handed to the Stylist/photography team prior to shoots.
  • You will track and review image delivery, ensuring that the quality of images meets our brand standards.
  • Working closely with our product teams, you will relay retouching notes to the photography and retouching teams.
  • You will create accessories/still-life styling documents.
  • Oversight of the monthly eComm motion shoot process and approval of graded files is also required.
  • Coordination of product for external shoots is another key responsibility.
  • You will work closely with our Group Studio Manager, Creative Directors, and Digital Managers on shoot schedules, deadlines, and requirements.
  • Run sheets and documentation for monthly shoots must be coordinated (where required).
  • You will assist our Group Studio Manager and Senior Product in talent castings, fittings, and bookings.
  • Researching props for photoshoots (where required) is also an essential part of this role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, Styling, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Media/Communications, Advertising, or a similar field is highly regarded but not essential.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an eCommerce fashion styling/production role is required.
  • You must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of the end-to-end product photography and motion process is essential.
  • Experience in fashion/retail eCommerce photography/studio environments is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized individuals with exceptional attention to detail who can work well in fast-paced environments are preferred.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to take on new challenges, are also necessary.
  • You must be able to work well as part of a team in a high-pressure environment and autonomously without guidance.
