Job Description

As a Video Educator, you will create engaging educational videos that align with the company's strategic objectives.

You will design and develop video content using various assets including interviews, screen recordings, stock footage, imagery, animation, and generative AI tools.

Support the end-to-end video production process, including storyboarding, script preparation, editing, and publishing.

Leverage AI technologies such as Synthesia to enhance efficiency and quality in video and audio development.

Ensure all videos align with adult learning principles and meet quality, branding, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop engaging, educational videos for online courses and products.
  2. Create video content using various assets.
  3. Support the end-to-end video production process.
  4. Leverage AI technologies for video and audio development.
  5. Ensure all videos meet quality and accessibility standards.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in video production for learning purposes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools relevant to video and audio production.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI-based video platforms.
  • Experience using animation and explainer tools.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theory.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience working within or creating content for a digital learning platform.
  • Experience in the financial services or professional education sector desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in instructional design, digital media production, education, communication, or a related field highly desirable.
