About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate culinary professional to join our team.

As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality food in line with established recipes and procedures.

You will work closely with senior chefs to manage all functions of food production and stewarding operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and produce high-quality food according to standard recipes
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing menu requirements
  • Inspire passion and enthusiasm in the team to drive an engaged culture
  • Support senior chefs in managing stock levels and purchasing decisions
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a chef in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
