Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage and grow our existing customer base, identifying opportunities to increase share of wallet and expand our customer base.
- Quote and Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit quotes and tenders to customers, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and relationships to drive sales growth.
- Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events, such as seminars and trade shows, to promote our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our warehouse, production, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery and installation.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business offering products and maintenance solutions.
- Experience selling in the Industrial sector, including mining, mechanical, manufacturing, plumbing, and air conditioning.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and communicate effectively with customers.
- Well-refined negotiating and influencing skills, with a proven track record of generating new business and delivering on revenue targets.
- Ability to relate to people at all levels, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint, with experience with SAP a plus.
