Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Teaching and Learning team to drive academic excellence and student success.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment policies and practices.
  • Manage and develop a team of teachers to achieve improved student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Leadership Team to drive school-wide initiatives and improve student success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community members.
  • Ensure compliance with College, System, and jurisdiction policies, processes, and legislation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.
  • Registered Teacher of the Northern Territory.
  • Current Northern Territory Working with Children Check (Ochre Card).
  • Experience in leading curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment in the Senior Years.
  • Highly developed administration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders.
