Job Title: Cafe/Retail All Rounder

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our coffee shop as a cafe/retail all rounder.

  • This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Receiving training and education on coffee-related topics to enhance your knowledge and service quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cleaning Duties: Ensure that the shop, including our terrace, is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to our customers, including taking orders and answering any coffee-related questions.
  • Coffee Education: Staff will receive training and education on all things coffee-related to enhance their knowledge and service quality.
