Cash Handling and Customer Service Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Cash Handling and Customer Service staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

About the Role:

- Cash Handling: You will accurately manage cash transactions and maintain cash register balances.

- Cleaning Duties: Ensure that the shop, including our terrace, is clean and tidy at all times.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, taking orders and answering any coffee-related questions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales and cash handling activities.
