Store Team Member Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Store Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description:
  • The primary focus of this role is to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support at all times.
  • As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintaining store appearance, processing sales transactions, and assisting with stock replenishment.
  • Additionally, you will be required to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, receiving and stocking merchandise in accordance with company protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, supporting each other to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with basic mathematics and cash handling procedures, with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 kg, with regular standing, walking, and bending throughout the day.
