Warehouse Clerk Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide day-to-day support in the inbound and outbound activities of warehousing and inventory functions. This will involve assisting customers with their orders, preparing and packing customer shipments, receiving and replenishing stock, loading and unloading trucks, dispatching and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse or stocktaking setting, a current C Class Driver's License, and a Forklift Ticket. Basic computer literacy is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Drilling Product customers with collection orders
  • Prepare and pack customer orders
  • Receive and replenish stock
  • Loading & unloading of trucks
  • Dispatching and shipping orders
  • General housekeeping and other yard duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior warehouse or stocktaking experience
  • Current C Class Driver's License
  • Forklift Ticket (essential)
  • Basic computer literacy
