We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Support Professional to join our team.

Job Description

This role requires providing exceptional social support and community access to clients with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.

This position involves planning and coordinating outings and activities for clients in the community.

Requirements
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable car insurance are required.
  • A recent Police Check is necessary.
  • NDIS Orientation & Covid Infection Control Modules must be completed.
  • Up-to-date covid vaccinations including a booster dose are essential.
  • The successful applicant will be emotionally intelligent and able to work flexibly.
