Requirements and Benefits
">We are looking for individuals who have experience at Care Assistant level in a care environment, preferably. A Care Certificate or equivalent is desirable, although we are willing to support candidates to achieve this within the first 12 months of employment. You must demonstrate good knowledge of care practice relating to older people and the ability to work in a team. Self-motivation and confidence are essential qualities for this role.
