Job Overview

Aptella PaveSmart is a leading provider of surveying and paving services to major infrastructure projects across Australasia and the USA.

Our experienced survey consultancy teams offer comprehensive control of asphalt surfacing projects, mitigating risk and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise daily with site supervisors and engineering staff to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate regularly with plant operators and site staff to maintain level controls.
  • Operate asphalt paving machines using our proprietary PaveSmart system.
  • Install control networks to optimize project efficiency.
Requirements
  • Survey experience with a strong understanding of survey data and level control systems.
  • Asphalt experience with knowledge of paving machine operation and control.
  • Current driver's license and construction induction card.
  • RII and/or VOCs certification (nice to have).
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Able to work day, night, weekend, and away shifts as needed.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical and police check.
