Content Specialist Position

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Content Specialist to join our Content Team.

You will be responsible for researching, producing, and editing high-quality content for various blogs, case studies, websites, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in content writing and developing case studies for B2B/SaaS companies.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and writing skills.
  • Proven track record of producing engaging, informative content.
  • Strong research and editorial skills.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community engagement metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into instructions suitable for non-technical audiences.

Tech Tools:

Management of internal resources, including websites and process automation tools such as Salesforce Knowledgebase, Zapier, and Algolia search index tool.
