We're seeking a skilled National Account Manager to join our Sales team at our Head Office in Northgate, Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with our Key Pharmacy Accounts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in FMCG, Pharmacy & E-Commerce Account Management, with ideal experience managing a major Pharmacy retailer. They will also possess highly developed analytical skills, previous exposure interpreting IQVIA, Circana, and/or Nielsen data sets, and mature commercial acumen & business negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with our Key Pharmacy Accounts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets.
  4. Manage trade spend to maximize customer and channel profitability.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  6. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Marketing (or offer significant relevant industry experience).
  2. Ideal experience will be across FMCG, Pharmacy & E-Commerce Account Management.
  3. Current experience managing a major Pharmacy retailer - highly regarded.
  4. Highly developed analytical skills with previous exposure interpreting IQVIA, Circana, and/or Nielsen data sets.
  5. Mature commercial acumen & business negotiation skills - forecasting, budget management, interpretation of financial statements, markets, and sales trends.
  6. An innate ability to build and retain productive and authentic relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
