About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality facilities maintenance services to ensure the Department's assets are safe and functional.

This is a challenging role that requires strong coordination and communication skills, as well as experience in managing services contracts and prioritizing competing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day facilities maintenance services
  • Coordinate with facilities management service providers
  • Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance requirements and legislation
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Contract Management, Property, or equivalent industry experience
  • Current and valid Driver's licence
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering maintenance activities
  • Strong facilities maintenance experience managing the delivery of asset maintenance
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to multiple stakeholders
