Retail Team Member Job Description

  • Supporting our customers in a variety of areas within the store
  • Providing exceptional customer service standards across all aspects of the sales floor
  • Contributing to the visual merchandising of products on the sales floor
  • Assisting with the efficient delivery and processing of stock into the store
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • A results-driven and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
