Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Graduate Security Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze security alerts from various systems, including SIEM, EDR, SOAR, Canaries, and Firewalls.
  • Identify and assess potential threats, recommend fixes, and coordinate responses with internal and external teams.
  • Develop clear reports and perform quality checks on playbooks and documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with peers and clients to ensure smooth teamwork and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve tools and processes while staying updated with cybersecurity trends.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in work schedules as required.

About You:

  • Hold a final-year student or recent graduate degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline (graduating by early 2026).
  • Have demonstrated leadership skills through work, internships, or extracurriculars; excellent communication skills thriving in team settings and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Display strong presentation and client-facing skills, committed to delivering quality service outcomes.
  • Hold a problem-solving mindset with experience evaluating security incidents and crafting thoughtful responses.
  • Be a self-driven learner excited by cybersecurity, proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain Defence security clearance are required.
