We are seeking a sales professional to join our Trade Counter team in Charmhaven.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting plumbers and other tradespeople with accessing the products they need for building and renovation projects. This will involve providing customer service, processing orders, and maintaining shop floor displays.

In addition, the candidate will be required to provide quotes, both in person and over the phone, as well as undertaking pick packing and stock control activities. The ability to use a computer and learn new systems is essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy helping customers. They must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.

A clean, valid driver's licence is also required as occasional deliveries to customers may be necessary. We offer a competitive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses and paid parental leave.
