The Role:
In this significant position, you will be responsible for assisting the Quote to Cash team by ensuring timely, precise, and thoughtful handling of invoice modifications, online customer portal inquiries, laboratory testing fees, quotes, and other requests from key internal and external stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be to foster a positive customer experience, boost stakeholder satisfaction, and guarantee real-time, accurate transaction processing. Key stakeholders include General Managers, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Customer Service Centre, and customers.
This role is heavily deadline-oriented in a high-volume setting, necessitating flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and proactively addressing challenges while continuously engaging with the operations support team.
Detailed responsibilities include:
Generating and maintaining 100% accurate customer quotes with a turnaround time of under two hours. Ensuring daily invoice modifications are processed accurately, adhering to defined approval protocols and billing deadlines. Managing Sales Force data as directed by the Q2C Operations Support Manager. Prompt and precise processing of laboratory charges within established billing timelines. Responding to online customer portal inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe. Overseeing day-to-day innovative and effective operational service delivery for Sales Operations support.Candidate Profile:
To excel in this vital role, candidates should possess:
Proven experience in Sales Operations support within a shared services framework. Demonstrated training and support experience in sales operations. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. A mindset focused on customer excellence and continuous improvement. Proficient computer skills (SAP, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce).
