About this role:



We are seeking an experienced Purchase Operations Support Officer to join our team at Holcim. As a key member of our operations support team, you will play a critical role in leading process improvements that enhance the customer experience, increase employee satisfaction, and ensure accurate transactional processing.



Detailed Responsibilities:


  • Raise purchase requisitions and process goods receipting for material items outside of ebuy.
  • Maintain scheduling agreements and framework orders in SAP.
  • Process stock adjustments and assist with production and stock transfer data in SAP.
  • Ensure timely RCTI agreements on time billing and zero unreconciled items.
  • Process Invoice Workflow efficiently.
  • Develop and deliver operational training around PTP processes that align with customer success goals.
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement in our support model.


About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have:




  • Demonstrated experience in purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes within a shared services model.
  • Proven training and support expertise in P2P processes.
  • A high-volume transactional environment background.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality work and maintain sustained focus.
  • Capacity to identify, plan, and manage activities to meet set timescales.
  • Confidence in negotiating and influencing stakeholders or suppliers.
  • A customer excellence and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in SAP, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Results-driven attitude, passion, motivation, and performance orientation.
