Retirement Living Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Retirement Living Manager to lead our community in providing exceptional care and service to our residents.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and well-being for older adults, with experience in administration, budget management, work health and safety, and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • They will be able to build genuine relationships with residents and their families, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily village operations, ensuring the highest level of resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Lead the Life@Levande Resident Journey, delivering a holistic, enriching experience.
  • Champion Levande's values and policies to maintain a positive, thriving community.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, staff, and contractors for seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets and financial processes.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.
