About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Crown Equipment in a maternity leave cover capacity. In this role, you will be working closely with our credit review and debt collection team to identify and pursue outstanding debts.

Contract Details

This is a parental leave contract for a period of up to 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers with outstanding debts to obtain payment through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Provide customers with required information to assist in resolving outstanding debts in a timely manner.
  • Direct customer queries and disputes to assigned branch personnel to facilitate settlement of disputes and/or queries.
  • Quantify and report on Bad and Doubtful Debts to ensure accurate financial data.

Requirements

  • A high level proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage spreadsheets, emails, and other digital tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in debt recovery efforts.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience.
