About the Role:

Crown Equipment, a well-respected global Materials Handling Equipment company, is seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join their team in a maternity leave cover capacity. Reporting directly to the National Shared Services Manager, this individual will be working with the credit review and debt collection team.

This opportunity is a parental leave contract for up to 6 months, providing a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers with outstanding debts to obtain payment.
  • Provide customers with necessary information to resolve outstanding debts.
  • Direct customer queries and disputes to assigned branch personnel for settlement.
  • Quantify and report on Bad and Doubtful Debts.

Requirements:

  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
