We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our user experience and change management initiatives.

As the User Experience, Change and Communications Lead, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and managing user-centric content and experiences for internal and external digital channels and systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and engaging stakeholders to research and analyse user needs and design better services for our users
  • Planning, controlling, executing and reviewing the design, development, delivery and management of project communications
  • Managing and supporting organisational change including clear and consistent communication, active engagement practices and celebrating and advertising success
  • Creating engaging content, meeting Plain English and accessibility requirements to support communications activities
  • Coordinating efforts with other specialists
  • Evaluating and ensuring user readiness
