About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Window Installation Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for assembling and installing windows in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install windows in a safe and efficient manner
  • Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining high levels of quality
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in window assembly and installation
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production targets
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
