We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Casual Receptionist to join our team.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their real estate career with on-the-job training provided.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be available to work Saturdays from 9am to 5pm.
  • Responsibilities include opening and closing of the office, managing phone lines and walk-in enquiries, and liaising with the team.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills are essential for this role.
  • A great work ethic, enthusiasm, and impeccable presentation are also required.
  • Honesty and reliability are paramount in this position.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team is necessary.
  • The successful candidate will be willing to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
  • A reliable means of transport to work is also a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Registration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook
