Job Title:

Embark on a rewarding career as an entry-level real estate professional with our esteemed agency.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to both the Property Management and Sales divisions. Your duties will include professionally handling incoming calls and managing front-desk inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and performing general filing tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to assist at auctions and open homes, contribute to marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, and help with Lease Administration and tenancy agreements.

This is a full-time position that offers comprehensive training and development opportunities, making it an ideal long-term career path for someone passionate about real estate and eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Property Management and Sales teams
  • Answer incoming calls and manage front-desk enquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
  • Certificate of Registration (COR) or willingness to obtain one
  • Car and driver's license
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Can-do attitude and desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work well as part of a small, dynamic team
