Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer and Senior Civil Designer

 

This is an exciting opportunity for two skilled professionals to join our team in Darwin. We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer and a Senior Civil Designer to take on project-broad responsibilities and wider scopes of challenging work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining existing and building new client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Modelling, design, and documentation of roads, subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics, and earthworks to ensure compliance with Austroads/NZ standards and Australian regulations.
  • Providing technical input to ensure designs meet project needs and deliver timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Civil or Associate Engineering degree recognised by EA.
  • 10-20 years of engineering/design experience.
  • Familiarity with geometric design and modeling, e.g., 12D or similar.
  • Strong design skills for roads, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proactive approach to mentoring and team management.
