We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Designer to join our team in Darwin.
- This is a permanent, full-time role offering a lifestyle-friendly location and work environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and deliver meaningful civil infrastructure projects, working in a supportive team focused on results. They will be responsible for designing, technical support, and project delivery while leading and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and mentoring junior team members
- Maintaining existing and building new client relationships
- Designing roads, subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics, and earthworks
- Providing technical input to ensure designs meet project needs
- Delivering projects timely and within budget
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (recognised by EA)
- 10-20 years of experience in engineering or design
- Familiarity with Austroads/NZ standards and Australian regulations
- Experience in geometric design and modeling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proactive approach to mentoring and team management
