About The RoleThis is a customer-facing position where you will support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey.
Your day to day- Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Managing customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Using technology to bring a customer's dream to life and provide them with a unique experience.
- Providing excellent service to customers both in-store and on-site.
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in our showroom.
- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships with customers.
- Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is enthusiastic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
- Is comfortable using technology and is happy to learn new systems.
- Is flexible and able to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Wants to develop their career in a fast-paced industry.
