We seek a strategic finance professional to lead the value realization stream of our ERP program.

  • Develop a robust business case by partnering with stakeholders to create a data-driven plan outlining anticipated benefits and costs.
  • Track and deliver value by monitoring benefits throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Drive insight-led decisions by providing transparent reporting to executives.
  • Leverage the system integrator to maximize process optimization and analytics benefits.
  • Establish metrics to track outcomes and identify risks.
  • Unlock growth potential by identifying ways ERP design can enable revenue growth and efficiency.
  • Manage program financials by overseeing budgets and internal resource costs.
Requirements
  • A qualified finance professional with 10+ years in financial analysis and benefits tracking.
  • Proven ability to lead cost-benefit analysis, profit-and-loss modeling, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and IT.
  • A track record in benefits realization frameworks and value delivery.
  • ERP/SAP program experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-focused, data-driven, and resilient with a collaborative approach.
