**Job Title:**
AI Solutions Architect
Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering AI-powered solutions that drive business value. This includes designing and developing cutting-edge AI applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python, Typescript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities for AI integration and develop corresponding solutions.
  • Develop and maintain production-grade APIs and AI-powered features, from backend services to user-facing experiences.
  • Evaluate and improve AI performance using evaluations and tests to then iterate on prompts, agent tools and agents orchestration to improve output quality and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in full-stack software development, ideally developing practical and production-ready AI applications or features that utilise Gen AI/LLMs/RAG.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Typescript, including experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Deep understanding of foundational models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Understanding of software design, service architecture, and scalable systems.
  • Passion for building AI-enhanced user experiences, not just theoretical ML solutions.
