We are seeking an experienced and passionate specialist to play a key advocacy role for our Indigenous employees. Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will see you developing and delivering key recruitment initiatives and programs, broadening direct engagement with Indigenous communities and increasing participation of Indigenous employees at AECOM.

Job Description:

The First Nations Employee Experience Specialist will work collaboratively with stakeholders to foster a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion - a safe and respectful workplace where everyone can bring their whole selves to work using their unique talents, backgrounds and expertise to create transformational outcomes for our clients.

  • Develop and deliver key recruitment initiatives and programs
  • Broaden direct engagement with Indigenous communities
  • Increase participation of Indigenous employees
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this critical role, you will have demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures, particularly in the context of Indigenous employment. You will have previous experience working in Indigenous employment with a keen eye for detail and a focus on action and results.
