Job Overview

Our company is seeking a Team Leader to lead our team at a 77th-floor venue with breathtaking views of the Gold Coast.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a similar high-volume hospitality environment, be passionate about delivering outstanding guest service, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, train, coach, and motivate frontline staff members
  • Facilitate entry, process tickets, and generate sales in our Guest Services department
  • Provide an all-day dining experience in our Food & Beverage department, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our guests
  • Perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks as required
