The successful candidate will be based at our Western Australia Iron Ore sites in the Pilbara region, on a rotating shift roster from Perth. The role includes servicing, repairs, and inspections of various equipment, including Komatsu haul trucks, Caterpillar ancillary equipment, Liebherr, and Atlas Copco.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to select your area of expertise and work with a range of equipment types. Your primary duties will include but are not limited to:
- Servicing, repairs, and inspections of heavy machinery
- Initiating updates to work procedures to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Providing input into root cause analysis and subsequent resolution of issues affecting equipment reliability
We are seeking an individual with Australian Recognised Heavy Mechanical Qualifications and experience with Komatsu haul trucks, Caterpillar ancillary equipment, Liebherr, and Atlas Copco. Ideal candidates will also possess demonstrated diagnostics and breakdown experience with both trucks and ancillary equipment.
