Pilbara Iron Ore TechnicianThe successful candidate will possess Australian Recognised Heavy Mechanical Qualifications and have experience working on Komatsu haul trucks, Caterpillar ancillary equipment, Liebherr and Atlas Copco.
This role will be based at our Western Australia Iron Ore sites in the Pilbara, on an 8/6 7/7 rotating days and night shift, fly in-fly out roster from Perth. The individual will work within our Mobile Equipment Maintenance department, which focuses on field equipment, ancillary equipment, trucks, and LV / Auxiliary.
In your role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairs, inspections, planned and breakdown maintenance on various equipment, including Komatsu haul trucks, Caterpillar ancillary equipment, Liebherr and Atlas Copco.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Australian Recognised Heavy Mechanical Qualifications
- Komatsu haul trucks, Caterpillar ancillary equipment, Liebherr and Atlas Copco experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated diagnostics and breakdown experience with ideally both trucks & ancillary equipment
- Dogging, Rigging and Forklift Licenses are desirable
- A commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail and procedure
- Computer literacy and/or experience in 1SAP
