Production Labourer Role

We are seeking skilled production workers to fill various positions in a leading manufacturing company on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery to assemble window frames;
- Manually handle heavy items weighing up to 40kg;
- Read work orders to ensure quality products;
- Be available for an immediate start;
- Commit to working Monday to Friday;
- Clearly communicate with colleagues;
- Follow directions and take instructions;
- Adhere to quality and safety procedures and work instructions;
- Wear full PPE including steel capped boots, long sleeve Hi Vis shirts, and long pants;
- Demonstrate motivation, as these positions could lead to permanent work;
- Maintain physical fitness and ability to complete manual tasks, which may involve lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling;
