Factory Worker Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Factory Sorter. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, and operating equipment in accordance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Ensuring the efficient movement of goods
  • Operating equipment in accordance with standards
  • Checking loads for security and quality
  • Stacking empty pallets
  • Assisting with unloading and reloading of local trucks

Requirements:

  • Possession of a current Forklift licence is preferable
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Good Time Management
  • Attention to detail
