We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at People2People. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support across the full employee lifecycle for sites across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR generalist support to sites across Australia
  • Assist with exciting projects focused on engagement, retention, and growth
  • Interact with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Tertiary HR qualification coupled with proven HR generalist experience
  • Thorough understanding of awards and legislation
  • ER/IR experience/exposure
  • Stakeholder engagement and liaison experience
  • Computer literacy - MS Office Suite
