Job Description:

We're seeking a Hospitality Trainee to join our crew at Grill'd Coolangatta. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience for our customers. This role is perfect for those who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Presentation and preparation of high-quality ingredients in the kitchen
  • Becoming proficient in all aspects of food service, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues
  • Working collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
