About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Carlisle. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that cater to the individual needs, interests, and strengths of our children.
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.
  • Participate in events and activities throughout the year to enrich the learning experience of the children in your care.
  • Use Storypark to share each child's learning with their families, enabling real connections between what each child learns at Goodstart Carlisle and what happens at home.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA).
