Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Performance Lead to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our statewide leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in early childhood education and care across our centres in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Centre Directors and teams to drive performance improvement and excellence in early childhood education and care
  • Develop and implement statewide strategies to enhance centre performance and quality
  • Provide coaching and support to Centre Directors and teams to build their capacity and capability
  • Monitor and evaluate centre performance using data and other metrics
  • Work closely with the State Manager and other stakeholders to align support and resources with centre needs

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in early childhood education and care

  • Valid WA Working with Children Check Card
  • Current National Police Clearance
