Compassionate Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team on a full-time basis.
As part of our vibrant residential care team, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to residents pursuing their personal goals and passions, enabling them to live full and meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents
- Ensure person-centred support and support plans are at the forefront of everything you do
- Partner with residents to be involved in the meaningful activities of their life
- Coordinate with other staff to achieve outcomes, and liaise directly with nursing staff regarding any specific health concerns
