About this role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our Banking and Financial Services team, specialising in funds management and financial services.

  • Assisting with the establishment and operation of investment portfolios across all asset classes, including restructuring, mergers, and closures.
  • Advising on regulatory requirements for Australian financial services.
  • Preparing and reviewing disclosure documents, including product disclosure statements and information memoranda.
  • Conducting due diligence processes for proposed transactions and disclosure documents.
  • Reviewing investment-related commercial agreements and advising on arrangements with service providers.
Key skills and qualifications
  • Between 5-8 years of post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • A strong enthusiasm for practicing in the financial services sector, specifically investment management.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and drafting skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to client service and ability to manage client relationships.
  • A focus on achieving commercial solutions for clients.
