Social Hub Manager

We are seeking a charismatic leader to manage our social hub, where strangers become friends and friends become loyal guests.
The ideal candidate will have the experience, presence, and pride required to own a pub like it's their own. This isn't just about managing a venue – it's about living the Publican life.
- Ensure safety, smooth operations, and compliance as if the venue is your home.
- Motivate a high-performing team and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Create a vibrant atmosphere, deliver excellent service, and spread smiles every shift.
You know if this role suits you. Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RMG qualifications as required by your state, along with an RMLV & Approved Managers Licence.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the venue effectively, ensuring all aspects of the business run smoothly.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
- Monitor and control costs, maintaining profitability while meeting quality standards.
