Our organisation is seeking a dedicated professional to lead our team and provide clinical advice to internal stakeholders.
- Work independently with support from your team, enhancing your clinical skills and supporting diverse clients in their homes.
- A Monday to Friday 9am-5pm role with no weekend work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Be part of a hardworking, caring team that values each other's contributions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Build, lead, and support a team of Registered Nurses and Allied Health professionals.
- Manage escalations, risks, and complex client needs through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by monitoring KPIs and using clinical dashboards.
