About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Transformation Manager to drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and priorities across all verticals of our business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end portfolio management, including strategy, prioritisation, benefits, reporting, and governance.
  • Building transformation roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
  • Driving visibility and performance through effective tools, processes, and risk management.
  • Ensuring initiatives deliver clear value.
  • Championing change management to support successful delivery and adoption.
  • Representing the Centre of Expertise, driving best practice, assurance reviews, and scalable frameworks.
  • Monitoring progress, performance, and risks to keep projects on time and on budget.
