Job Overview

The Manager of Community Nursing Services role is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team in the Primary and Preventative Health Division.

This position reports directly to the Divisional Director and is responsible for overseeing the community nursing service, ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and alignment with health policy and funding requirements.

Key responsibilities include administration and reporting, workforce and quality management, stakeholder engagement, and promoting strategic goals within the community.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to the WDHS values, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders.

About the Role

This senior position is an opportunity for an experienced RN to undertake leadership responsibilities within the Primary and Preventative Health Division.

The Manager of Community Nursing Services oversees the operational, clinical, and strategic oversight of the Community Nursing service.

This includes ensuring high-quality care, staff development, and alignment with health policy and funding requirements.

  • Bachelor of Nursing (essential)
